Annual General Meetings (AGMs) are a prestige event in the corporate calendar. The success of the event is vital to the commercial progress of the organisation. But regretably these events are targeted by groups or individuals who wish to gain publicity for there own causes or worse, those who are purely attending on bring disruption to the event.
